We also offer online processing for your convenience too! Not to mention, not only is the security deposit fully refundable, but so is the cleaning fee, which means even more saving for you to enjoy. Bottom line is, if all things are returned in clean and undamaged condition, your only out-of-pocket expense in the end would just be the rent that’s it (plus sales tax of course, but that’s only 1.8%). You can’t beat all these extra savings on what is considered acceptable standard industry non refundable fees, not to mention others such as resort fees and pool heating fees; I’m sure there is more I haven’t heard of yet!

You will undoubtably have a very comfortable stay and feel rifght at home in this tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, well appointed condo with attention to detail. You will have the many luxury amenities of an expensive 5 star Hotel and more to enjoy all while located in the very desirable NW Phoenix Suburb of Peoria, Desert Harbor Community that is adjacent to the Sun City area where they cater to seniors.

It is conveniently located just minutes to all your needs including Arrowhead Mall, Costco, AMC and Harkins theaters, the numerous eateries, golf courses and the 101 Frwy which is the main hub that takes you just about anywhere you want to go.

The condo is located in a prime location for the senior biking enthusiast with the condo being right across the street from access to major biking trails (New River and Arizona Canal), which are mostly paved uninterrupted natural scenic biking for miles without having to deal with streets, cars and traffic noise. There is also Palmbrook Golf course (18 hole Par 72) a block down the street you could even walk to.

Our community Rio Vista Park Recreation Center offers many activities too including exercise programs/gym (no age limit) along with the Silver Sneakers for seniors.

The condo is in a 55+ condominium community and is located on the ground floor of a two story gated complex…no stairs, smoke and pet free.

One person has to qualify to be 55 years old then at least 40 for more than a month stay.
